GLOBAL G.A.P. are the standards for Good Agricultural Practice. It’s the most important food safety international certification and include all the production process and several agriculture activities:
- Food safety and traceability
- Environment (including biodiversity).
- Workers’ health, safety and welfare.
- Animal welfare.
- Includes Integrated Crop Management (ICM), Integrated Pest Control (IPC).
- Quality Management System (QMS), and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP).
This internationally recognized agricultural production regulation guarantee safety and sustainable food production.
Global G.A.P. GRASP
GRASP stands for GLOBAL G.A.P. Risk Assessment on Social Practice. It is a voluntary, ready-to-use module developed to assess social practices on the farm, such as specific aspects of workers’ health, safety, and welfare.
